We are looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Managed Services team.

Job Description

• Developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients by establishing the technical needs of the client and suggesting appropriate products.
• Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
• Keeping customers informed about new technological products based on the market trends.
• Search for new clients who might benefit from company services and ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
• Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
• Updating records of customer communication and contact information in our CRM solution.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/IT or proven industry experience.
• 3-5 years of industry experience in sales. Experience in Managed Services is a plus.
• A valid UAE driver’s license.
• Expert knowledge of emerging trends in IT & Cyber security.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
