Description:
Tajvand Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to manage the company’s financial operations, reporting, planning, and overall financial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise and the ability to support business growth through effective financial management.
The successful candidate will oversee finance activities, improve internal controls, manage financial reporting processes, and provide valuable financial insights to senior management. Candidates with UAE experience and background in transport, logistics, trading, or contracting industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete financial and accounting operations of the company.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Manage financial planning, cost control, and expenditure monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable financial regulations.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Establish and enhance internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounts team.
• Provide financial analysis, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 4–5 years of accounting and finance experience, including UAE experience.
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
• Excellent understanding of ERP systems, financial reporting, and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, budgeting, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in transport, logistics, trading, or contracting companies is highly preferred.
