MIYO is seeking a passionate, elegant, and customer-focused Sales Personnel to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in luxury retail, premium food and beverage, or high-end hospitality who enjoy creating memorable customer experiences.
The successful candidate will represent the brand by delivering exceptional service, managing customer orders, handling bespoke requests, and ensuring every guest receives a refined and personalized experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer orders, cash transactions, and digital payments accurately.
• Provide personalized service and manage custom packaging requests to create a luxury customer experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and culinary team regarding special orders and customer requirements.
• Assist customers with product selections while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the brand professionally.
• Ensure the sales area maintains a premium and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, premium F&B, or upscale sales.
• Highly presentable, well-groomed, and able to represent a premium brand image.
• Outgoing, elegant, patient, and confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Multilingual candidates, especially Russian or French speakers, are highly valued.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Passion for luxury confectionery and creating memorable customer experiences.
