The company is hiring for senior leadership positions responsible for managing and delivering major high-rise and mid-rise building developments across the region.
The ideal candidates will have a proven record of successfully leading large-scale construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. Applicants must possess relevant GCC experience and demonstrate strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
