Description:
Dulsco is inviting experienced Oil & Gas professionals to apply for Fleet Coordinator and Coordinator – Shipping positions supporting a leading offshore operation in Abu Dhabi. These outsourced roles offer an opportunity to work in a dynamic offshore environment while contributing to critical marine and logistics operations.
The selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating vessel operations, offshore logistics, shipping activities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Applicants should possess relevant offshore experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day operational requirements efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate offshore vessel support operations and daily marine activities.
• Monitor fleet maintenance schedules, certifications, and operational compliance.
• Manage crew rotations and maintain accurate operational records.
• Coordinate shipping, logistics, and offshore material movements.
• Plan vessel schedules and prepare cargo documentation.
• Support offshore drilling and production logistics operations.
• Ensure efficient coordination between operational teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with offshore regulations and company procedures.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Marine Operations, Oil & Gas, Business Administration, or equivalent for the Fleet Coordinator position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marine Operations, or equivalent for the Coordinator – Shipping position.
• Minimum 5 years of offshore Oil & Gas experience for Fleet Coordinator.
• 4–5 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Sea Freight within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 3 years of offshore drilling operations experience for Coordinator – Shipping.
• Strong understanding of offshore support vessels, marine logistics, and supply planning.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
