Al Sultan Bakeries and Markets Group is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in supervising cleaning operations and maintaining high hygiene standards within a food production environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the cleaning team, ensuring workplace cleanliness, and maintaining sanitation standards across bakery facilities. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage daily cleaning operations are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
• Ensure bakery facilities are maintained according to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and verify that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Train, guide, and support cleaning staff to achieve high performance.
• Report cleaning requirements and ensure compliance with workplace cleanliness policies.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cleaning supervision.
• Ability to manage and supervise cleaning staff effectively.
