Description:
Peaksy Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Family Entertainment Center (FEC) to oversee the day-to-day management of its entertainment facility located at Yas Bay Waterfront, Abu Dhabi. This leadership role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate must have direct hands-on experience managing Family Entertainment Center (FEC) operations. The successful applicant will lead operational teams, develop business growth strategies, improve customer engagement, and work closely with multiple departments to maximize operational performance and profitability. Candidates without relevant FEC experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily Family Entertainment Center operations while maintaining efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
• Develop strategies to increase customer footfall, revenue, retention, and overall profitability.
• Drive corporate bookings, birthday parties, group visits, special events, and business partnerships.
• Monitor revenue, operating costs, staffing levels, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure equipment safety, maintenance coordination, and compliance with operational standards.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, events, and restaurant teams to support business growth.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend strategies to enhance business performance.
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience in Family Entertainment Center (FEC) operations is mandatory.
• Previous experience in an adventure park, indoor entertainment center, amusement facility, or similar FEC environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and business development capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue, customer engagement, and visitor footfall.
• Knowledge of operational safety standards, cost control, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Family Entertainment Center industry experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience limited to restaurants, hotels, retail, or general hospitality without direct FEC operations experience should not apply.
