Stanford Nurseries is seeking organised and professional Nursery Secretaries to join its branches in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoy working in a professional educational environment.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and front-desk support, communicate effectively with parents and staff, and assist with the smooth day-to-day operations of the nursery. Previous experience in a nursery or school setting will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and reception support for daily nursery operations.
• Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and office correspondence.
