Description:
Coca-Cola Beverages Company L.L.C. is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join its operations team in Al Ain. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and an interest in warehouse operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting inbound and outbound warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper storage practices, and following safety and quality standards. The position plays a key role in ensuring materials and finished goods are handled efficiently to support daily production and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive inbound shipments and unload raw and packaging materials.
• Verify material quantities and quality against purchase orders and coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspection and sampling.
• Ensure proper storage, segregation, and timely availability of materials according to the production plan.
• Manage finished goods storage, order picking, loading, and outbound dispatch activities.
• Ensure compliance with FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles and perform daily and perpetual inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Prepare and update shift-wise warehouse reports on a daily basis.
Requirements:
• Higher Secondary Education or above.
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse or FMCG environment.
• Good organizational and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and complete daily reports.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
