Hiring for IT Support Position

• Degree of IT Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant IT degree
• A minimum of 3-year experience in relevant field – preferably in a technical client-facing role.
• Excellent level of knowledge in technical support & dealing with huge number of assets
• Assets management skills
• Knows how to deal with big number of clients
• CCNA and ITIL
• Excellent level of knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Vaccinated
• UAE driving license
