Description:
Maxco Electromechanical LLC is looking for an experienced Senior AC Technician to become part of its growing team in Dubai. The role involves handling the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC services, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting junior technicians on-site. Candidates with solid UAE or GCC experience in HVAC maintenance and installation who can join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF/VRV systems, Chillers, FCUs, and AHUs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial and residential buildings.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare service reports and communicate technical findings to supervisors.
• Guide and support junior technicians during site activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu language skills will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC systems and controls.
• Refrigeration principles.
• Technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
