The successful candidate will assist with payroll preparation, employee data management, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks while working closely with experienced payroll professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing payrolls on weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly schedules.

• Collect, organize, and maintain employee payroll information including hours, reimbursements, bonuses, and commissions.

• Enter payroll and employee data accurately into payroll systems.

• Review timesheets and payroll documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain organized digital payroll files and supporting documentation.

• Process employee updates including new hires, terminations, direct deposits, and deductions.

• Manage payroll calendars, checklists, and processing deadlines.

• Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll reconciliations.

• Research and resolve basic payroll discrepancies.
