Head of off Plan Sales for a leading Real Estate Firm in Dubai.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will work with your team to identify training needs, setting sales targets, ensuring that your team are continually motivated to perform to the best of their ability.

You will be responsible for exceeding competitors and driving your team forward to be the best performing sales team in off-plan sales
