Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury properties, their features, and their unique selling propositions.
- Actively engage with prospective clients, both locally and internationally, to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales strategies and campaigns.
- Attend and participate in property exhibitions, events, and networking activities to promote our developments.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Relationship Manager in Real Estate Development.
- Must have experience in dealing with the international market and international brokers.
- Have a valid UAE Driver’s License
- At least 2 languages Speaker
