Description:
GECO M&E LTD is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor – MEP to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in electrical MEP construction and hands-on experience supervising large-scale building projects.
The successful candidate will oversee electrical installation activities, supervise site teams, and ensure that work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and construction schedules. Candidates with experience in high-rise towers and hotel developments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day electrical MEP installation activities on construction sites.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise electrical works for high-rise towers, hotel projects, and other commercial developments.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are effectively managed to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare site reports and support project progress through effective coordination.
Requirements:
• 3–8 years of experience in electrical MEP construction.
• Experience supervising high-rise tower and hotel construction projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Estimated).
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
