Description:
Al Watan Engineering Consultancy is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE architectural experience and a valid Dubai Municipality G+4 Architectural Licence who are passionate about delivering high-quality residential and mid-rise building projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing authority submissions, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects comply with Dubai regulations. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural designs, concept layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop and submit architectural documents for approval by relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authority requirements.
• Review project documentation and oversee design development to maintain quality standards.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction stages.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 Architectural Licence (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other local authority regulations.
• Experience in designing and coordinating residential villas and mid-rise buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
