A leading construction company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional with hands-on experience in building construction who is committed to maintaining high standards throughout every stage of a project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residential and industrial construction projects comply with project specifications, quality requirements, safety regulations, and Dubai Municipality standards. The position requires strong inspection, testing, and documentation skills from project initiation through final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures on construction projects.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
• Verify compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and applicable industry standards.
• Work closely with project teams to maintain quality throughout construction and project handover.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in building construction.
• Dubai-based building construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience working on residential and/or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality documentation procedures.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and construction industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
