Description:

AUH Technologies is currently hiring motivated and technically inclined IT Support Engineers to join its Desktop Support Services team (Level 1). This role is ideal for early-career professionals or students looking to build hands-on experience in IT support and onsite troubleshooting environments across multiple locations in the UAE.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing onsite technical assistance whenever support tickets are raised. This is an on-call support role that requires quick response, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel to assigned locations including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Fujairah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 desktop and onsite IT support for end users

• Respond to support tickets and visit client locations as required

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems

• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalation when necessary

• Maintain proper documentation of support activities and service requests

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, desktop support, and troubleshooting

• Willingness to work in an on-call onsite support environment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to travel across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Fujairah when required
