Job Overview:

Sky Walker Yachts, a leading luxury yacht charter company in Dubai, seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the HR Officer in handling all HR operations, focusing on recruitment and employee relations. Working in the fast-paced, customer-centric yacht charter industry, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong HR foundation in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various roles, including ground staff, office positions, and sea-based crew.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, respond to employee inquiries, and manage employee relations professionally and promptly.
  • Medical Insurance Applications: Handle the application and renewal of medical insurance for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • HRIS System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.
  • Leave Management: Monitor employee leave balances, manage leave requests, and update the HRIS accordingly.
  • Certificates and Documentation: Prepare HR documents, including employment certificates and other official paperwork.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist the HR Officer in coordinating performance reviews, especially for offshore crew members.
