Description:

We are currently hiring a detail-focused Proofreader (Pharma Art Studio – Post-Production Quality Operator) for a fully remote role in the United States. This position plays a critical role in ensuring absolute accuracy in packaging materials before they move forward in the production lifecycle. The role involves meticulous review of global client packaging content, including both English and non-English materials.
This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay and full benefits, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced, high-precision production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed proofreading of packaging orders before release, ensuring accuracy in size, layout, text, graphics, spelling, and formatting
• Verify all content against client specifications, technical requirements, and regulatory or government standards
• Review and confirm accuracy and consistency of approved copy across all materials
• Identify errors and clearly communicate required corrections to relevant teams
• Provide precise and structured instructions for proofreading updates and revisions
• Support adoption of new systems, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency
• Ensure all proofreading tasks are completed within deadlines and scheduled priorities
• Assist in developing and improving proofreading standards and quality processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the production or quality team
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in Graphic Arts, English, Journalism, Art, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of proofreading experience in a professional environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign (Mac experience preferred)
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet-based applications
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Self-motivated with strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
• Ability to work overtime when required
