Description:
Via Medica International Healthcare is actively seeking experienced and qualified School Nurses to join a well-established and reputable educational institution located in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for nursing professionals who are passionate about student health and well-being and are looking to grow within a globally recognized healthcare organization.
The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy school environment by providing medical care, health education, and emergency support to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic healthcare services to students and staff during school hours
• Monitor and manage students’ health conditions and medical records
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and administer first aid when required
• Support health education initiatives and promote wellness awareness
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding student health concerns
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and school safety standards
Requirements:
• Valid DOH License or Eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi
