We are urgently seeking a courteous, professional, and patient-focused Customer Care Executive to join our healthcare team in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent patient support and ensuring a smooth healthcare service experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred, with priority given to Filipino candidates.

The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring all inquiries, appointments, and concerns are handled efficiently and with care. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions in a professional manner

• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointments, and medical procedures

• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups effectively

• Address patient concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care and service flow

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and appointment details

• Assist with front desk duties and administrative support when required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic approach

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or CRM systems

• Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
