Description:
Abul Fazl Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for accounting professionals with experience in trading companies who have strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT compliance, and accounting operations.
The successful candidate will manage accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support reporting requirements, and ensure smooth handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare financial reports and support accounting analysis.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Manage VAT-related accounting requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory accounting records and perform stock reconciliation when required.
• Utilize Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting for accounting operations and reporting.
• Ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Experience working with trading companies is preferred.
• Practical experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting is required.
• Good knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting software.
• VAT compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• General ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting.
