Description:
Yamas Al-Arabia Construction & Contracting is looking for a skilled Surveyor to join its project team in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong construction surveying experience, particularly on residential projects, who can contribute to accurate site layout and project execution.
The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying activities, ensuring accurate site measurements, and supporting construction teams throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates who are available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform setting out and site surveying activities for construction projects.
• Conduct levelling and as-built surveys to ensure project accuracy.
• Operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and auto level equipment.
• Review drawings and coordinate survey data with project teams.
• Prepare accurate survey records and reports.
• Ensure surveying work complies with project specifications and standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven surveying experience on construction projects, preferably residential.
• Strong skills in setting out, levelling, and as-built surveys.
• Hands-on experience using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and auto level.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D is an advantage.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
