Job Description & Responsibilities:

• As a Property Consultant you will play a pivotal role in our success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Utilizing your network and various means to source projects from developers.
• Exhibiting excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Employing strong negotiation skills with a background in providing exceptional customer service.
• Leveraging advanced communication skills to build lasting relationships.
• Staying abreast of market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Possessing exceptional knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in utilizing platforms such as Broker pad, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.

Requirements:

• To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate broker (Sales or Leasing).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Impressive personality with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license is a Must.
