Description:
BWE Equipment Rental is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join its office team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site opportunity is suitable for accounting professionals who have strong knowledge of financial operations, reporting, and UAE accounting requirements.
The successful candidate will manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, support reporting processes, and coordinate with internal teams and auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Prepare invoices and receipts while monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain organized financial records and coordinate with internal departments and auditors.
• Support compliance with applicable UAE accounting and financial regulations.
• Ensure accounting data is accurate, complete, and properly documented.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prepare professional emails independently.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Currently residing in Bur Dubai or nearby areas.
• Experience in equipment rental or project-based accounting is an advantage.
• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• General ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and UAE accounting practices.
