Description:

Chore is a next-generation back-office AI operating system and services platform that supports venture-backed startups and SMBs. The company delivers AI-powered solutions across HR, finance, compliance, bookkeeping, and fractional executive support, helping businesses streamline operations and scale efficiently. Operating as a globally distributed, bootstrapped organization with millions in ARR, Chore is building advanced systems that combine AI automation with human expertise.

The company is currently hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist focused on AI-driven content orchestration. This is not a traditional writing role—it is a systems-building role where the selected candidate will design, operate, and scale an AI-powered content engine that replicates and amplifies the CEO’s voice across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build a scalable AI content system that captures and replicates the CEO’s voice with high consistency and quality

• Develop structured voice documentation, prompt libraries, and editorial workflows for AI-generated content

• Curate and organize a content corpus of the CEO’s past writing, categorized by style, tone, and structure

• Create production workflows that transform raw inputs (voice notes, Looms, Slack messages, ideas) into publish-ready content

• Produce and manage high-volume content output across LinkedIn (primary channel), newsletter (secondary), X (amplification), and Meta/Instagram (retargeting)

• Maintain editorial quality control by reviewing, refining, and selecting the best AI-generated outputs

• Own the final editorial decision-making process, ensuring content aligns with strategy and audience expectations

• Continuously improve prompts, workflows, and systems for scalability and efficiency

• Track content performance using analytics, attribution models, and testing frameworks

System Deliverables (First 30 Days):

• Comprehensive voice documentation including tone, structure, rhetorical style, and formatting rules

• Curated library of 30–50 high-quality CEO posts categorized by content type

• Fully functional prompt libraries for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social threads

• Structured intake workflow for converting ideas into content pipelines

• Editorial review system to ensure quality control before publishing

• Documented end-to-end workflow that can be transferred or scaled by future team members

Requirements:

• Strong editorial judgment with ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated content

• Proven experience in AI orchestration, prompt engineering, or AI-driven content systems

• Understanding of content analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking

• Familiarity with startup ecosystems, especially Seed and Series A audiences

• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and engagement

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

• Experience with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and X (Twitter)

• Strong understanding of AI tools, workflows, and content generation systems

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and data interpretation

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about combining AI systems with high-quality editorial thinking to build scalable content engines that drive real business outcomes.
