Description:
A reputable organization is seeking a Female Accounts Assistant to join its finance team in JAFZA, Dubai. This full-time position offers a two-year renewable contract and is ideal for accounting professionals with SAP experience and a solid understanding of financial processes.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, manage distributor accounts, prepare financial documents, and assist with reporting, audits, and monthly closing activities. Candidates with strong Excel skills and experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare debit notes and credit notes for distributors and suppliers.
• Receive, scan, and process invoices while preparing payments.
• Support daily accounting activities using SAP.
• Manage distributor accounts and process payments accurately.
• Assist with monthly book closing, financial reporting, and audits.
• Support VAT reporting and budget preparation activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• SAP accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• ACCA, CPA, CA, or ICWA qualification is preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
