Description:
Paymob UAE is looking for a motivated and target-driven POS Sales Acquisition Specialist to join its Dubai team. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with a strong hunter mindset who are passionate about acquiring new business and building long-term client relationships.
The selected candidate will promote a range of payment solutions, including POS terminals, payment gateways, payment links, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services. Candidates with experience in the UAE fintech, payments, or merchant acquiring sector and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across the UAE market.
• Promote POS terminals, payment gateways, payment links, and BNPL solutions.
• Generate leads through active prospecting and business development.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners.
• Achieve individual sales targets while supporting business growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in UAE B2B sales.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or merchant acquiring is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
