The organization is currently hiring a Bill Repricer – Level I to support the medical claims processing team. This role is responsible for accurately reviewing, repricing, and processing medical bills using internal systems while ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reprice auto medical claims through assigned system queues in a first-in, first-out workflow
• Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with client guidelines and regulatory SLAs
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding workflow and issues
• Achieve daily productivity quotas related to claims processing
• Manually enter medical billing data from HCFA, UB, NF-3, and non-standard billing forms
• Verify, correct, and update provider information during the processing phase
• Match medical bills and supporting documents to correct claim files in internal systems
• Organize and separate large document packets containing multiple patient records
• Perform additional administrative and processing duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and process-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general computer systems
• Ability to work independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and document handling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting productivity targets
Preferred Qualifications:
