Alignerr is currently offering a fully remote and flexible contract opportunity for the role of Content Reviewer – AI Writing (AI Training). This position is designed for skilled English writers who want to directly contribute to improving the quality, accuracy, and naturalness of AI-generated content used by millions of users globally.
This role does not require prior experience in artificial intelligence or technical fields. Instead, it focuses on strong writing ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail. As a content reviewer, you will evaluate AI-generated text and help refine how modern AI systems communicate across different formats and topics.
This is a flexible, asynchronous contract position that allows you to work independently on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review AI-generated written content for clarity, structure, tone, and overall quality
• Evaluate writing across multiple formats including creative, academic, technical, and persuasive content
• Provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback to improve AI-generated outputs
• Identify issues such as bias, inaccuracies, unclear phrasing, or poor structure in text
• Develop test prompts to evaluate and stress-test AI writing capabilities
• Help improve AI reasoning and communication through structured feedback
• Work independently on assigned tasks in an asynchronous environment
Requirements:
• Strong command of English grammar, tone, structure, and writing style
• Experience in writing, editing, journalism, content creation, or academic writing preferred
• Ability to critically analyze written content and provide actionable feedback
• Comfortable working with diverse topics and content formats
• High attention to detail with strong focus on clarity and accuracy
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) preferred but not mandatory
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI training, RLHF, or data labeling workflows
