Description:

We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Regional Sales Manager for one of our well known perfume manufacturing clients located in JLT Dubai.

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Industry: Perfumes, Cosmetics, Beauty – Primary and secondary packaging / Components

Experience: 5 years + UAE Driving Experience

International Travel Requirements: Yes

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Core expertise in Sales and Marketing, ideally experienced in Fragrance/Personal Care – Packaging and components, with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices in GCC.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development and market growth.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field would be preferred but not a must.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and customer preferences
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales representatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
