Hiring for Our Client an Operations Manger who can speak Italian language with Immigration & Visa industry Experience.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site job in Dubai, UAE. As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing business operations and customer experience in the market. This includes overseeing Visa Services, Customer Service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Required Fluent Italian speaker
- At least 7+ years of experience in operations management within Visa & Immigration Industry is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and management skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams & operations staff
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible for Center Cash reporting
- Responsible for Revenue Generation
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with high standards for quality and performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure
- Open for any Nationality
- Should be feasible to re-locate to UAE
