A reputed company in Jebel Ali, Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals who have hands-on experience working with JAFZA-based organizations and are familiar with government portals and employment procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, handling employee-related processes, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR operations and employee administration activities.
• Handle processes through JAFZA, MOHRE, and GDRFA portals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Coordinate employee documentation, onboarding, and HR records.
