Description:
Alokozay Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, reporting, taxation, and strategic planning within the FMCG, trading, or distribution sector.
The successful candidate will oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations while leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and team development. Applicants should possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of UAE financial regulations and IFRS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including group-level financial consolidation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking activities, and supplier payments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits while strengthening financial controls.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, product costing, and profitability.
• Analyze sales margins, pricing strategies, distribution costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA qualification is preferred. MBA in Finance is an added advantage.
• 12–14 years of relevant experience, including 5–8 years in a managerial position.
• UAE experience within the FMCG, trading, or distribution industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, leadership, and communication skills.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
