Description:
Loco Bear is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to support its growing operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can effectively manage recruitment, employee administration, and day-to-day human resources activities while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration. Applicants should have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle visa processing, work permits, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance coordination.
• Maintain attendance records, leave management, and payroll input documentation.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal staff communications.
• Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with HRIS systems will be an added advantage.
