Description:
An urgent opportunity is available for a TAM Analyst in Abu Dhabi. The role is suitable for professionals with experience in IT Asset Management, asset lifecycle management, and technology operations, particularly within banking or financial services environments.
The successful candidate will manage IT assets, maintain accurate inventory records, support governance processes, optimize costs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective asset management across business locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
• Maintain asset databases and ensure accurate records of IT equipment.
• Support asset governance, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Monitor warranties, AMCs, service agreements, and asset-related documentation.
• Use ServiceNow and IT Asset Management tools for tracking and reporting.
• Visit branches to assess IT asset requirements and coordinate solutions.
• Support process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
• Immediate joiner currently based in the UAE.
• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of EUC hardware and asset lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow/ITAM tools, asset databases, inventory tracking, warranties, AMCs, service agreements, and reporting.
• Strong skills in:
• Asset governance and compliance.
• Cost optimization and process improvement.
• Stakeholder coordination and reporting.
• Ability to visit branches and assess IT asset requirements.
