Description:
AYN is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients in the construction industry for an experienced CAD Draftsman to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in construction drafting and technical drawing preparation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 2D drawings and technical documentation while supporting engineering and architectural teams. Applicants should have strong AutoCAD skills, a basic understanding of Revit, and experience working on building and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings.
• Produce technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and drafting standards.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and BIM teams to coordinate project drawings.
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings meet company and industry quality standards.
• Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD drafting for building and construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Revit.
• Experience preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
