Fairdeal International Real Estate is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive / Recruiter to join its expanding team in Business Bay, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals who have a strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and day-to-day human resources operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process.
• Handle daily HR operations and administrative responsibilities.

• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Ensure HR records are updated and organized.
