Description:
EKTIFA is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within industries such as FMCG, Dairy, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Farm Operations, Livestock, or Food Production.
This role involves managing recruitment activities, supporting HR operations, coordinating employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and UAE labour regulations. Candidates with relevant industry experience and a passion for building effective HR processes are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
• Support employee relations and daily HR operations.
• Assist with performance management processes and HR compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and support administrative functions.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Farm Operations, Livestock, or Food Production is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or similar HR systems is preferred.
