Description:
Nehal Hotel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager – Hotel Apartments to join its hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience within hotel apartments in the UAE and the ability to manage daily activities while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience using WINHMS software. Candidates who can join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 30 days are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hotel apartment operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support front office and operational teams to maintain high guest service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to staff when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in hospitality operations.
• Previous experience working in hotel apartments is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with WINHMS software is required.
• Arabic-speaking skills are mandatory.
