Description:
Cool Waves AC Spare Parts Trading LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily accounting activities, and supporting the company’s financial operations.
This role is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts management, and financial reporting. Candidates should be organized, accurate, and comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Excel in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify account balances for accuracy.
• Assist with VAT reporting and prepare tax-related documentation.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
• Basic accounting knowledge with relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of profit and loss (P&L) statements and bookkeeping.
