White Paper Alliance is seeking a skilled and reliable PRO (Public Relations Officer) to join its growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE government procedures and the ability to independently manage routine public relations and administrative activities.
This role involves handling visa processes, trade licence renewals, government documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities. Candidates with knowledge of SHAMS Free Zone and Dubai Mainland procedures will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage new visa applications, renewals, and related government procedures.
• Handle trade licence renewals and company documentation requirements.
• Coordinate medical appointments and Emirates ID procedures.
• Process employment contract modifications and government-related transactions.
• Follow up with government authorities to ensure timely completion of applications.
• Maintain accurate records and support company administrative requirements.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant UAE PRO experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government systems and procedures.
