Description:
O I A Interior Design & Fit-Out is looking for an experienced Interior Fit-out Site Engineer to oversee the execution of premium interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage on-site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and client expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising fit-out works, reviewing technical drawings, managing site coordination, preparing quantity calculations, and ensuring smooth project execution from initial stages through final delivery. Strong communication skills and practical knowledge of interior fit-out processes are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage on-site execution of interior fit-out projects according to approved designs and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Review and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and support accurate quantity calculations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely material delivery and completion of work.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, milestones, and overall progress.
• Communicate with design and engineering teams regarding project changes and updates.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and quality requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Applied Arts major in Interior Design & Furniture, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution (Mandatory).
• Experience supervising interior fit-out projects, including renovations, space planning, and new construction.
• Ability to review plans, drawings, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Experience in conducting site visits and preparing detailed BOQ calculations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
• Understanding of the complete project lifecycle from execution to final handover.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and workers.
