Description:
Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group is expanding its E-Commerce team and is looking for an experienced Web Developer to join its Head Office in Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about Shopify, modern web technologies, and building high-performing digital experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining e-commerce platforms while collaborating with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to enhance online performance, improve customer experience, and support the company’s digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify stores and custom-built websites.
• Build new website features, landing pages, and engaging online shopping experiences.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, CRM, ERP, and courier platforms.
• Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and conversion performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage website updates and deployments.
• Work closely with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to support digital initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
• Strong expertise in Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and custom website development.
• Knowledge of Git, Technical SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative digital solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
