Description:
We are actively searching for Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai-UAE. This type of candidate will have the following major tasks and responsibilities:
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, import and export.
Direct, optimize and coordinate full orders cycle.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and service providers.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, expiry dates, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, receiving, issuing and process shipments.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse team.
Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness targets
Aware and comply with laws, regulations, customs, DM, ISO and SFDA requirements.
The major requirements for the suitable candidate are:
Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
Strong working knowledge of logistics operations and management.
Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Problem-solving skills.
