RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the conference, from conceptualization to execution. This includes conducting extensive market research (utilizing desk research, phone interviews, and face-to-face interactions) to identify pertinent conference topics. subsequently, crafting a commercially viable conference program that fosters networking and knowledge exchange among attendees, sponsors, and speakers.
• Curate a comprehensive and cutting-edge conference program within specified timeframes, designed to attract sponsorship and delegate participation. This entails identifying, reaching out to, and securing industry leaders and innovators as speakers who possess the ability to draw an international audience.
• Take charge of composing the conference program, extending invitations to speakers, ensuring their commitment to the event, and actively contributing to event organization as required.
• Provide support in logistics planning, overseeing pre-event logistics management, as well as on-site and post-event logistics.
• Maintain regular communication with the Marketing Department to facilitate the promotion of sponsorship opportunities for the conference. Additionally, supervise the promotional efforts conducted by the marketing team to ensure their alignment with conference goals.
• Exercise oversight over the event and operations team, ensuring the seamless execution of all aspects of the event within established budgets and timelines.
