Description:
IT Engineer Dubai
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. Vide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions, ensure all issues are properly logged.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time, prepare accurate and timely reports, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Ensuring electrical safety standards are met, repairing or replacing damaged hardware, upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level, performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting, establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues, conducting daily backup operations.
Candidate should have the knowledge and hands on Experience in Elv system such as CCTV Installation and configuration structured, cabling background, switches, servers and routers, access control, IP telephony, Smart Home Automation etc.
Candidate must be available in Dubai available to join immediately, minimum 2 years of experience, excellent communication skills both oral and in written
