Description:
Hiring HR Director is required to work in Abu Dhabi.
Responsible for the operations of the Human Resources department including but not limited to, the development and maintenance of HR Policies and Procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations.
Employee handbook, employee programs, job classification system, staff planning and recruitment, employee contracts, staff development, employee relations and pay practice administration, lead and manage the training and development of the HR team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as HR Director within the UAE.
- Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Previous experience in same role working with healthcare facilities within the UAE (is a must)
- Great knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
