Description:
United Engineering Construction (UNEC) is hiring a Payroll Officer to join its finance team in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals with UAE payroll experience and a strong understanding of payroll processing within the construction sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll activities, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring timely and accurate salary processing. Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records and employee salary information.
• Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.
• Ensure payroll complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and support finance-related activities.
• Utilize the Epromis ERP system for payroll administration.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE payroll experience.
• Construction company experience is required.
• Proficiency in Epromis ERP.
• Candidates currently inside the UAE who can join immediately.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Epromis ERP and payroll systems.
• Microsoft Excel, payroll reporting, and payroll compliance.
